Solo Practice - Global Impact
Atilla established Baksay Law in 2021 with the intent of serving as the primary legal concierge to corporate and fund clients seeking to navigate the white waters of the U.S. (federal) and Colorado legal environments. After having graduated from the American University - Washington College of Law, he practiced in Washington, D.C., joining the Executive Office of the President—specifically, the legal team carrying out international trade protections vis-à-vis goods originating from the People’s Republic of China, valued at ~$250 billion.
Following his relocation to Denver, Atilla amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge from both the government and private sectors to help clients in corporate, securities, and employment matters while managing complex relationships. At the same time, he began directly integrating exempt fund work into his practice. Owing to this collection of experiences, Atilla founded Baksay Law to serve as a source of legal wisdom for global citizens in their pursuit of wealth generation.
Today, Baksay Law advises clients located around the world with regards to U.S. (federal) and/or Colorado law as applied to businesses (such as startups, SMEs, local shops, and multinational conglomerates) and funds (such as hedge, private equity, venture capital, general, and bespoke funds).
